Installation

In your eclipse IDE, select: Help -> Find and install -> Search for new features to install

To download and install remotely:
New Remote Site, URL: http://www.bugclipse.dreamhosters.com/update/
To install using archive file:
New Archived Site, file: BugclipseArchivedSite.zip
